We will explore Norways southern cape with its exposed and varied coastline. From Lindesnes lighthouse and the surrounding archipelagos with hilly islands filled with remains of a long history of fishery and coastal maritime traffic to the Lista coast with its several long sandy beaches, protected coastal landscape areas with bird sanctuaries.
The area is known for its intense weather conditions, as thus the weather will determine the route and our camp spot locations. Aim of the trip is exploring this beautiful coastline from our sea kayak and the many interesting islands and islets in the archipelago by foot.
We will make some time to forage and taste edibles from the coast and the sea.
This trip is suitable for anyone comfortable in 3 star conditions, about 1,25 meter waves and 8 meters of second wind (15 knots).
